First step - Intro Call

A free short intro call (5-10mins) with me where we can have a chat and I can find out a little more about you and what you've been feeling. I'll then send over a link so you can book in for your initial consultation session.

Initial Consultation Session

£70

The consultation session (50 minutes) provides the opportunity for me to get to know you in a bit more detail and for you to ask any questions so we can decide if we will be a good fit. If so, we can then get you booked in for regular counselling sessions.

Counselling sessions

In-Person

£70 - due in advance of each session

Sessions take place once a week for 50 minutes in-person at the Crown Counselling room at my home in Milton Keynes (Eagle Farm South). This is a private, cosy and welcoming space for face to face therapy. I live on a quiet street and you will have access to park on my driveway.

I work open endedly (no set number of sessions), however we will review progress every 6 sessions to check in with how you feel the sessions are going and if we need to make any adjustments to the work.

Online

£70 - due in advance of each session

Sessions take place once a week for 50 minutes Online via Zoom. I simply send you a link (which stays the same every time) and we meet on there!
