Hi, I’m Amy.
I’m a Therapeutic Counsellor, and I specialise in supporting people who feel weighed down by the constant battle of anxiety.

If you’ve landed here, my guess is you’re tired of living with that never-ending hum of worry. No matter what you do, it feels almost impossible to switch it off, to be fully present, or to just breathe and feel calm.

You might find yourself caught in the cycle of 'what ifs' and overthinking, wishing you could trust logic instead of spiralling through fears that feel endless.

It’s exhausting. It takes a toll on your energy, your relationships, work, and your ability to enjoy being present with the people you love. Yet, you keep pushing yourself to function, to show up, to carry on, despite feeling overwhelmed inside.

Sometimes you get frustrated with yourself, wishing you could just snap out of it. Even on days when you feel okay, it doesn’t feel quite right. Prioritising yourself feels selfish. And then there’s the comparison - the way everyone else seems to have it together while you’re struggling to hold the pieces of yourself in place (trust me NO ONE has it all together, but you already know that right?!).

I get it. Not just as a therapist but as a busy, working, married a mum of two. I know what it’s like to juggle everything and try to be there for everyone else while secretly battling your own mind.

I’ve been in that place- the 3am panic, the constant tightness in your chest, the way something as small as making dinner or doing the school run can feel like the final straw when you’re already running on empty.
The pressure to thrive when you feel like you simply survive.

And here’s what I want you to know: healing is possible. I found my way through it, and you can too. I’ve supported so many people in moving from constant overwhelm to a place where they feel calmer, more present, and far kinder to themselves.

You don’t have to keep fighting alone. There is a gentler way forward and I’d love to walk alongside you as you find it.
