If you’ve found your way to this page, chances are you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from living in a constant state of anxiety. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking everything. Maybe fear feels like it's running the show. Maybe you just want to feel like yourself again.

I’m Amy, a therapeutic counsellor who supports people struggling with anxiety—and more specifically, the fear of fear. That relentless cycle of worrying about worrying, bracing for what might go wrong, and feeling like you can never fully relax. I get it, and I want you to know: it doesn’t have to stay this way.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

Anxiety can be incredibly isolating. It tells you that you’re the only one who feels this way. That you have to “just get over it” or that something is wrong with you. But none of that is true.

​

You are not broken. You are not weak.


You are a human being doing your best—and healing is possible.

​

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface of your anxiety. We’ll work at your pace to understand where the fear comes from, how it shows up in your life, and most importantly, how to respond to it with compassion, not criticism.

It is possible. Not with quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice—but with support, safety, and small steps that lead to lasting change.

Whether you’ve had counselling before or this is your first step, I’m here to walk alongside you. It’s okay if you’re not sure where to start – we can figure that out together.

​

I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit you – rather than a one-size-fits-all method.

Our work might include exploring past experiences that shaped your self-belief, using mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety, or gently challenging unhelpful thought patterns. Most importantly, everything we do is guided by your needs, your pace, and what feels safe and supportive for you.

Above all, I offer a warm, accepting space where you can simply be yourself – no masks, no pressure, just real connection.
